Analytics & Strategy
I turn data into decisions. My work begins with analysis, but the goal is always clarity. Every project ends with a recommendation someone can act on immediately.
I have worked across e-commerce shelf analytics and lifecycle media performance, often stepping into situations where the business question is unclear and the data is far from perfect. The projects below highlight three areas where I have done a range of analytical work.
How I Work With Data
01
Define the Question
Every analysis starts with a precise business question, not a dataset. If the question is vague, the output will be too. I push until we know exactly what decision this data needs to support.
02
Gather & Validate
Pulling from multiple sources, standardizing formats, and stress-testing for completeness. Bad data in means bad recommendations out — I'd rather flag a gap than paper over it.
03
Find the Signal
Cross-referencing patterns across datasets to separate noise from what actually matters. I'm looking for the thing that surprises us — because that's usually where the opportunity is hiding.
04
Translate to Action
Findings without a recommendation are just observations. Every analysis I deliver ends with specific, prioritized actions tied to a measurable business outcome.
